These new programs are going to be so raw that it is going to take years and billions of dollars to work out the bugs. Headache waiting to happen. Medicare is a mess, a foreign language, impossible for our seniors to understand. Social security is falling apart and being abused by lazy people who just don't feel like working. The systems are so corrupt and abused so if Obama was smart he would fix our current problems rather than creating more!
