Government Insurance Kills
It’s safe to say that lacking insurance can be deadly, but if you want to look at statistics in Pennsylvania, you could also claim that government provided insurance kills more. In a suprisingly scary report, it was discovered that people receiving care via government programs such as Medicare and Medicaid actually have a lower survival rate than those who are uninsured altogether. Data shows that government insurance provides a much lower standard of care than does private insurance. This would beg the question, why are so many clamoring for the government to take over our health care system when it looks as though a greater mortality rate will be the result? Read more here

it would be a mistake… bottom line. our doctors would want to move somewhere else to make more money and people would get worse care. it stems from responsibility. people need to get insured BEFORE things happen. that is what insurance is for. no handouts or you get handout type of care.

It makes sense because you get what you pay for. If the government pays for it and you don’t pay anything, your going to get the cheapest doctors and a very low standard of care.
